Earn up to $1k per week Delivering Amazon Packages

Are you looking for a better paying side hustle other than rideshare or food delivery? Or maybe you’re just trying to earn some extra cash for the holiday season? Amazon Flex is a great gig opportunity that pays well.

I make the most money with Flex during its highest demand peaks: which starts with tax season and dies off by mid-summer. Then Flex demand spikes again from Black Friday through New Years Weekend. Then demand goes dormant again until next tax season starts the cycle over again. Demand will also temporarily spike during Amazon Prime Days Deals.

And with Thanksgiving fastly approaching, the holiday shopping season is just about to start. It’s about to be peak season for Amazon Flex workers. And demand for delivering Amazon Prime packages is about to explode!

Just remember this, Amazon Flex demand is at its highest peak when people are spending money in droves, which is usually during tax season and the holidays. The slowest time of year is mid-summer to late summer - and definitely by the start of school season and continuing throughout Thanksgiving.

And during the peak seasons, Amazon Flex blocks usually have a higher base pay. For example, my warehouse increases their base pay from $21 to $25 per hour during the holiday peak season. And their surge pay increase substantially as well. And you can easily earn up to $1k per week during this time of year.

For example, if you took one 5hr block, 6 days per week, you could easily earn $750 per week as a side hustle during this peak season! And if you took a modest surge block at $30 per hour, you could earn as high as $900 per week. And I’ve seen some Amazon Flex warehouses have average surges of $40 per hour. However, every Amazon Flex region and warehouse has different base and surge pay.

And for full-time gig workers, Amazon will extend its working hours during peak season from 8 hours to either 10 or 12 hours, depending on your local laws. Which I highly recommend taking advantage of these extended hours because you can easily earn more money in a single day than rideshare. For example, during peak season, I can easily make over $300 per day delivering with Amazon Flex.

If you drive rideshare or deliver food, consider adding Amazon Flex to your collection of gig work. Because when you work the peak seasons of Amazon Flex, it may help diversify your gig earnings throughout the year when rideshare or food delivery is slow.
